• Refunds are only considered for payments made towards our online quizzes, tests, and subscriptions for notes access on our website.
• To be eligible for a refund, users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
• Refunds are processed based on the payment method originally used during the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited.

2. Subscription Cancellations

• Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect only at the end of the currently paid subscription period.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except under exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged service outages or discontinuation of service.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

• Fees for individual quizzes or tests are non-refundable once accessed.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where the service has been unsatisfactory due to technical issues solely attributable to us, and reported within the first 48 hours of the subscription period.

4. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

• In cases where a technical error from our side has prevented access to our quizzes, tests, or notes during your subscription period, and such issues are not rectified within a reasonable timeframe, a proportional refund may be considered.
• Any request for a refund under exceptional circumstances must be supported by appropriate evidence of the issue faced.
